Recipes

Hi all,

Another Recipe:

Colby Cheddar Cheese Ball with Bacon and Wasabi Oil
Serves 8-10

Ingredients:

- 3 Packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
- 1 package goat cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese
- 2 cups Mexican Cheddar Blend Cheese
- 2-4 tsp. wasabi oil (to taste)
- 1 green onion very thinly sliced
- 2-4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1-3 tsp. Spices of your choice eg. rosemary, thyme, oregano, chili flakes, coriander
-1 cup Sliced Almonds

Directions:

Combine all but shredded cheeses and nuts in bowl.
 Add shredded cheeses and mix to combine.
Form into ball.
Roll in Almond slices.
Chill 1 hour to set.
Serve Cold, with knife for spreading.
